Spring Revival 2017

Spring Revival is just days away. Do you need to be revived? Do you desire an outpouring of God’s Spirit in your life, your family and your world? God has promised His Spirit to be with us, to empower us, and to equip us. We have been given a “Promise of Revival.”
Join us Sunday April 23rd through Wednesday April 26th for the Promise of Revival to be fulfilled!
We are excited and believing in an amazing revival with Bishop Micheal Willingham. Bro. Willingham is an amazing preacher and has a special ability to touch the congregation with the Word of God. Bro. Willingham has pastored, been a state evangelist, national evangelist, state overseer, served on international committees and currently serves as the senior Pastor of his church in Kentucky.
Invite a friend and join us. God is ready to pour out His Spirit upon ALL of His Children! Make plans to not miss any of this revival.

Grow Wednesday Cancelled Services

While we hate to cancel any services we want to ensure everyone is safe and not put into any danger.
So, due to the continued uncertainty of the threat of severe weather in the evening hours, Grow Study Hall, Grow Cafe’ and all Grow Wednesday activities, classes and services cancelled tonight.
Please be weather alert this evening. If you have any problems or needs arise please share them so we may assist you.
Be safe and we will see you Sunday!

Easter 2017

The Promise of the Cross
This Easter we invite you to join us for a special Celebration of our Risen Savior, Jesus Christ. As you join us we will celebrate the life, sacrifice and the victory of Jesus. All throughout Scripture there is the promise of a king, of a savior, of a victory, of healing, and of life. It was at the Cross and through the Cross that Jesus gave us our hope through His Victory.

On Easter Sunday we will begin with a Celebration of the Risen Savior by partaking in Communion. We will continue our Celebration with the Mastin Lake Worship Team leading us into a time of rejoicing. Our Children will then go to a special time of ministry in Children’s Service for Easter. Then, we will present an illustrated sermon by Pastor Joshua Lynn and the Drama Team led by Pastor Stacy Tuttle.

Easter Sunday will be similar in some ways to other Sundays but with a special focus on the Risen Savior! You will not want to miss the drama presentation, communion and the Kids Easter Egg Hunt (following Service).
Join us- April 16th at 10:30 AM!

30 Pieces of Silver Offering

Easter 30 Pieces of Silver Offering

Easter Sunday we will turn the price of Jesus’ betrayal into an offering of love in a special “30 Pieces of Silver

” offering. We encourage every person to give – from the youngest to the oldest.  Ask God to speak to you about what you should give. Whether you give 30 dimes, 30 dollars, or 30 one-hundred dollar bills, we encourage you to participate. This offering will go 100% to our missions project to build a church in the Dominican Republic. Join the Easter Offering of Love!

Easter Egg Hunt

Easter Egg Hunt

Our children always love their time during Easter to hunt eggs. As parents we love to lifelong pictures and memories we have as they gather eggs. At Mastin Lake Church we love to share this memory with our entire church family.
This year our Children’s Ministries is hosting the Easter Egg Hunt. We will be holding the Easter Egg Hunt right after the morning Easter Service.
Make sure to bring your children’s Easter Egg Baskets!

Ladies Retreat This Weekend!

Ladies Retreat This Weekend!

We are just a few short days away from JOY, our 2017 Ladies Retreat!

Officially, we kick off at 7:00 PM, Friday night March 3rd, but we know God ordained an appointed time years ago! Our prayer is that we all hold up our hearts for the Lord to examine and search out as we begin the final countdown to Friday night, 7:00 PM! We are in fully surrendered mode with indescribable anticipation of all the Lord has longed to do and will do in each of us throughout this retreat!
As word and interest has spread, we have shifted our thoughts from preparation and implementation to the overflow that is coming. It is going to be a weekend filled with every good thing from the Lord such that we will not be able to contain it, nor do we want to, but instead we choose to allow Him to overflow our boundaries, overflow our expectations, overflow our borders as we continually deepen our level of surrender, obedience and faith!

Ladies Retreat 2017!

We want to invite the ladies from around the state/region to join us for a very special Ladies Retreat. The North Central Alabama Region will host a FREE weekend Ladies Retreat starting on Friday March 3rd through Saturday, March 4th at the Mastin Lake Church.
